E-Flight Ops is a virtual operations room providing solutions for all phases of flight.

As information is the key to a successful operation, the main purpose of the program is to provide the operator with all the relevant information to manage a successful and legal, Charter operation where safety is one of the key aspects.

E- Flight Ops manages this information and provides the operator with the tools and guidance to achieve operational success.

E-Flight Ops assists the Operator in managing the four major phases of a charter operation.

These four phases have been created into virtual Managers for each individual phase. These four phases are:

• Booking Manager
• Preflight Manager
• Dispatch (live Aircraft tracking)
• Post flight Manager

As all four systems interact and exchange information, each manager complements the other. E-Flight Ops also provides the operator with a unique Reporting and Alert system that will provide the operator with crucial information to insure a reliable and effective operation.
